Being pain free for the first time in five years has been an incredible experience that I do not take lightly. I have worked mostly with David, have had one session with Stephan and briefly interacted with Yu at my first appointment. All three are wonderfully concise with their treatment plans, and what to expect during the process. I have had terrible TMJ pain associated with tri-geminal neuralgia for years and have finally found the one thing that can help me get through the day and feeling like a normal human. Gentle and yet intense somehow in the best way, I highly recommend!

Godsend! My first session was with David and he was wonderful! Super respectful and thorough and kind. My second session was with Stefan, who was also wonderful, respectful, kind and easy to talk to! I found immediate and long-term relief from both of their TMJ therapeutic massages. I've been telling everyone I know about this place! I'm so grateful I found them!

I was not sure how effective trigger point work could be long term for my persistent jaw and neck issues. Let me tell you…it works and it LASTS. I went from having daily headaches and near-constant neck tension to those two issues becoming rare events. Jackie is fantastic and set my treatment plan effectively. David…can’t say enough good things. He’s kind, exacting in his approach, and puts you at ease. And did I mention this treatment works? So happy I gave this a try. I can’t recommend Somavida highly enough.

The treatment at Somavida has truly changed my life. I experience chronic pain and it's the ONLY treatment that works to helping me stay mostly pain free. I get instant relief after one treatment. It blows my mind that it's not more well known because IT WORKS. Yu Suzuki works miracles for my neck and back but every therapist at the office is highly trained and skilled as I've also had treatments from both Sarah and Jackie. I now go in for monthly maintenance to correct my weird issues and combined with exercise at home I am able to stay headache and back pain free most of the time. If you experience pain of any kind or migraines and are looking for relief, I highly recommend you make an appointment. Your body will thank you!

Sarah is an angel on Earth, and I mean that truly. My experience with them has been life changing. had been suffering with work related neck, shoulder, low back, hip and sciatic pain for many years (probably close to 10). I had spent the past two years being treated by various chiropractors, personal trainers and massage therapists with temporary relief, but without true improvement. After seeing a review by another patient in the dental field I was compelled to schedule an appointment with Somavida. At that time, I couldn't sit for more than 20 min without being in severe pain and I couldn't sleep for more than an hour or two without waking up in severe pain. Not only was I unable to work, but I could not even drive in to work without stopping due to pain. My daily functions were severely inhibited and I was beginning to think I would never be about to work again. At my first appointment, Sarah was so incredibly lovely and calming. After discussing with her my current diagnosis from my chiropractor, she assessed my posture, my pain, my range of motion and my working postures. Sarah is so incredibly knowledgeable and thorough that after her treatment that day I was pain-free fo
